SCOPE & PRIORITY REPORT
Otherwise known as our SAP Report.
- This initial report is designed to assist the client with the decision making process in terms of timing and prioritising of maintenance items. It contains information such as current condition, colour coded lifespan estimation, failure identification and next steps. We recommend that all buildings have this done as a bare minimum between large maintenance projects. This can also be used as a tool to facilitate pricing.

- Pricing Facilitation
We facilitate an “apples for apples” approach during our pricing meetings. We prepare a scope of work and specification document for all parties to quote on to ensure clarity on work to be undertaken.
We do not leverage our clients business against suppliers or contractors. Therefore we remain dependant on our CLIENTS as our primary focus.
