TEN YEAR MAINTENANCE INVESTIGATION

In line with Regulation 22 of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act Paintspert is here to provide you with the following: Ten Year Maintenance Investigation Report (TMI Report) which includes:
  • An in depth report on major capital items requiring maintenance.
  • Our report provides you with a full investigation into each major capital item with a colour coded guide to show you the urgency of required maintenance as well as life expectancy of each of these items.
  • Together with this we furnish you with a list of suggested work packages detailing required maintenance.
  • An estimated costing will be drawn up showing the 10 Year Plan needed to ensure your building is maintained and kept at its optimal level to uphold the value of your property.
  • We will work hand in hand with Trustees to advise on the best way forward.

STSMA Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act Government Gazette On the 7th October 2016 Lindiwe Nonceba Sisulu Minister of Human Settlements signed in terms of section 19 of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, 2011 (Act No. 8 of 2011), and after consultation with Parliament, made the regulations as set out on the below link:
