• An overview of major capital items requiring maintenance.
• Our report provides you with an investigation into each major capital item with a colour coded guide to show you the urgency of required maintenance as well as life expectancy of each of these items.
• An estimated costing will be compiled allowing trustees to compile a budget for submission to CSOS.
